After one free week I decided to continue using this app, so I paid. After I paid, it said that I have to pay again, because there are no subscriptions for me. Eventually, I paid twice and I still do not have access. When I tried to message the Support team, the app closed every time, leaving me with no full access to trainings, as well as with no double amount money that was paid for ONE week. All proofs are with me.

The videos never load so I have to read what to do.

I cancelled this subscription before the free trial was even over, and you people are still trying to charge my card $10.59. Apple support can’t help me because in their system it’s showing that I in fact cancelled this subscription (I don’t even have this app anymore because I did not want to use it) so you people need to do your job and cancel whatever you need to cancel on your end because it’s STEALING! U shouldn’t even have any of my info anymore since I cancelled my subscription. If I need to I will make a police report because this is in fact fraud! You’re stealing from me!

I like this app a lot and have enjoyed and been challenged by the workouts. I have had just one issue so far, during the challenges it goes from warm up to the second exercise totally skipping the first. This happens every time and is pretty annoying. Otherwise it’s great!

I like the app and its compatibility with other apps on my device. Would love the ability to take my favorite moves on the workouts and create my own workout.

This app is a scam. They’re charging my card for $9.99 and I've never even used the app but once. Now I owe apple and I can’t download anything until I pay this app. Unbelievable I didn’t even have the app on my phone and they charged me.

App doesn’t sync across devices. I have it both on my phone and iPad and when i use iPad the information doesn’t sync over to my phone so i loose my progress. Also not able to link to my apple fitness which is where i monitor all fitness routines whether I’m using this app or something else (ie yoga or Pilates). It also doesn’t tell me calories burned for each workout. It gives a summary of ALL workout and not for each so if i wanted to go back and view a particular workout, the information is not there. I’m even disappointed in customer service… as i sent an inquiry about the problems to see if it can be resolved and no one can contacted me. So don’t waste your money. I wish i had known these things before i bought the app. It’s extremely inconvenient to keep track of your overall workout progress.

This app is basically just a large directory of workouts. It does not create a custom workout plan, nor does it tell you exactly how much you should work out in and what areas of your body you should focus on. If I download and pay for an app, I want you to do the work for me. Only want to do what you tell me I should do to get the body I want. I cannot recommend this.
