Fatal, me han estafado, me han cobrado 33€ sin mi consentimiento, pido que me devuelvan el dinero o denunciaré. Exijo mi dinero, os digo que si no me lo devolvéis os denunciaré. Lo quiero ya! Que bastante llevo ya con la aplicación que ni si quiera cumple ni medio de los requisitos que yo quiero.

My daughter unwittingly downloaded the App from the Apple store and never used it and because they conceal well and do not properly advise you of regular future payments they are going to take they managed to get 33 weekly payments of £9.99 totalling £330 from my bank account as I was bankrolling my daughter’s Apple account costs. The payments were taken from an account I rarely use so I never had any reason regularly check the account on line as it only collected my state pension which I withdrew each month without the need, or so I thought to check anything else. Never have Hitfit offered to refund me any money in the full knowledge that the App had never been used ! Oh I forget, they did offer me a free period of any of their Apps they developed, but why would I be interested in that offer and I considered that an insult. You would think these App developers would say to you that by the way you are not using the App so do you still want to pay for it but NO they are unscrupulous, dishonest and pretty much thieves and just pass the blame to Apple so have no interest in refunding their clients for what is a reasonable mistake. Apple did give me back 60 days worth but sadly 4 other Apps were also downloaded just out of curiosity but again never used namely: Plantyx 19 payments of £9.99 so £190 taken (which is a fake chinese App posing to take business from the real App called Plantix which is a genuine plant indentifier), The Scanner APP another £50, Itranslate £80 and finally Sleepiest Sounds £30 at a total cost to me of nearly £600 ! None of the other Apps were ever used either but none of the Developers offered me any compensation either saying only Apple can offer me any refunds, so very convenient ….feel no guilt and do not accept any responsibility just blame somebody else. So these developers are all as bad as each other. It is interesting to note that if you look at all the reviews of Hitfit most are 1 star and all the others are 5 star which must be fake because if you read them most have only 4 or 5 words attached so all look fake! If you really like an App you leave a much more detailed review …anyone can say ‘“great App wouldn’t use any other” and leave it at that, but we all know that just doesn’t happen in the real world. You have been warned !!

Te dicen «prueba gratuita, luego 10 e/semana. Das ok y te cobran directamente sin poder probar. Y luego veo que todo son saltos - no puedo. Bravo, habéis robado 10 euritos mas!

Me han cobrado 10,99€ solo por entrar y ver cómo funcionaba y que programas tenía. He solicitado reembolso. No lo solucioneis diciendo que nos vayamos a quejarnos a Apple porque Apple me dice que no cumplo las condiciones de reembolso. No tengáis morro y solucionarlo vosotros empezando por no cobrar a la gente solo por descargar la aplicación y entrar a ver como funciona. Me habéis robado 10,99€ por la cara y así con cada una que entramos a ver de qué se trata. Ojalá que Apple os elimine de Apple Store por LADRONES. Sigo esperando mi reembolso y no voy a parar hasta que me devolváis MI DINERO.

He visto gente quejándose por que les han cobrado. Leer lo que pone al principio, nadie os obliga que os abonéis. Poner reseñas de una estrella solo porque no leéis las condiciones, me parece una verguenza. La aplicación esta muy bien, muy completa. Solo falta ponerle ganas😊

Descargue la app solamente para ver de que se trataba y me cobraron 26,99 sin usarla ni nada no me han dejado unos días de prueba y nada estoy esperando el reembolso yo os aviso si vale la pena o no

Es muy bueno lo malo es que esta en inglés pero los pasos están muy bien yo la recomiendo mucho tomaros una foto de antes y después lo recomiendo muchísimo además viene la dieta

No puedo entrar sin pasar por la versión limitada, es así o hay algún fallo?
