Won’t save a passcode. Face ID never works. Paper would be better. It’s horrible.

New software is not great. Let me put in the infusion time not start a timer. If it isn’t convenient it doesn’t get used properly Get rid of the foolish nickname

I have been using this app for three years and it was awesome. Opened it last week and it had to update and now nothing works. The new update is horrible and I’m ready to go back to paper and pen to record instead of using this app. It needs to be taken back to what it was.

I’ve been using the Hizentra App since last December. It has always been very easy to record infusions, allowing me to scan the vials and easily record the infusion site and time. Now it doesn’t work at all. Please bring back the old app

This app was wonderful till I went to sign in this week. All my info is gone had to re enter, infusions are out of order can’t find last one. And the scanner no longer scans you have to enter the info.

Nice attempt but the most important part of the app is journal logging and data has disappeared and incorrect information is being given to patients. This app is a danger to health.

I’ve been relying on this app to record infusions since I started SCIG & it was working beautifully. It was a surprise to log in when I was ready to scan vials to find out that I had to go through the update process. Once I did that, NOTHING worked. I had so much trouble finding my last infusion to reference my last site. All the infusions appear out of order even if you limit the time frame displayed. Then the vials didn’t scan - I had to type in all five lot numbers. At the end of the entry, it had a timer (?!?) instead of the infusion length which I had to leave running the entire 2.5+ hours of my infusion. When it was finally done, I clicked “finish” and it DIDN’T SAVE. We had to dig my vials out of the trash so I could try to figure out how to re-record everything the next day. Please, please fix this. Folks rely on this app for their healthcare.

New update added a timer, but when the screen locks it quits counting. Also, I could not get the bar code scanner to work. Did not have any problems with that before the update.

The redesign of this app is crappy, confusing, and disorganizes previous entries with no type of any order to make this app usable in any way. I will no longer frustrate myself with using this new version. There was nothing wrong with the previous version. I will just have to keep my infusion data by hand journaling. Too bad a good system was ruined.

I upgraded my Hizentra App. It was to merge all my in Infusions in new version. IT DID NOT. I did an infusion today and logged all my information in the app. When I went back in it it was not there. Why change the app to a junk version. It was working great before. But not now DON’T DOWNLOAD
