HLB Connect Mobile Banking App

Don’t bother to apply account online because you will need to go branch to activate. What happened to me is I apply an account for my daughter with hong leong apply app. After application sent, I received an email from hong leong to deposit rm20 to activate account. After bank in rm20, they told me my daughter account is deactivated and need her to activate it at branch. I now can’t close the account or get back my money unless I sent my daughter to hong leong. Seriously Hong Leong bank?!

Duitnow QR payment is slow

why the new update of hlbconnect always error that makes me hard to even qr money anywhere. i always cant log in my hlb connect. it shows “we’re not available at the moment” i’ve called the customer service and everything was okay only for a day. and the problem continue back. Please fix it . I want the old hlb connect

Pls reverse back the previous version and interface . Everything was super great smooth and seamless: this new one damn slow and laggyyyyyyyyyy . Always hang.

Before change new version I still can see transactions of CC, now totally no record to show out…

i cannot count how many times this app fails to login within one week!!!!

When want to use QR code or internet bank in cannot use and always said this useless app under maintenance!!! god!!! fix your god damn app !! very stressful deal with your app!!

Online banking was seamless using the old app. Then they updated it to this strange ugly design that looks like it was made in PowerPoint. Worse still, the app has become slower and sometimes I can’t even login! Seriously thinking of switching banks because of this!
