App is very unstable and very long time to fix
I am using this app and It’s one of the horrible banking app I used. The features are very unstable and require a long time to fix (1-2 weeks), current problem: can’t open saving account, don’t send etoken to app when open saving acc from web. I called to contact center and they only confirmed for open new saving account, they refused for etoken sending although It’s easy to test. In the past, there are many issues but they are resolved now. QC didn’t do regression test after upgrading?
