Beau service VPN en 2017 mais plus en 2022
Client de longue date, je n’ai jamais été déçu de HMA jusqu’en 2022. Mon utilisation VPN sert principalement sur Netflix afin de me connecter sur les serveurs US ou UK. Notez qu’AUCUN de ces serveurs ne vous permettra de vous y connecter si vous utiliser HMA !
J’ai souscris un nouvel abonnement en 2021 pour 3 ans (suite à une offre) mais je regrette fortement mon choix.
Depuis 2022, ils ont supprimé la fonction « chat » de leur site web, impossible donc de rentrer en contact avec eux. J’ai également envoyé un mail il y a 13 jours désormais et toujours pas de réponse. De plus, dans la partie « community » de leur site web, il est possible d’y créer des posts, ce que j’ai fais. Malheureusement, mon post n’a jamais été validé alors qu’il contenant exactement la même chose que j’écris ici.
Je vous déconseille fortement de souscrire à ce fournisseur ! Nous sommes en 2022 et il y a tellement d’autres fournisseurs qui sont beaucoup plus sérieux que HMA !

why is Apple trying to charge me for 79,99 €/year one month after I did already renew my annual subscription directly with HMA for 48,60 €.
