No response from support in over a week
I’ve sent in 3 reports with the fact I was double charged and I haven’t received a single response from any of them. As a long time customer it’s pretty disgusting to be treated this way.

Not possible to cancel the subscription
Not possible to cancel the subscription afterwards. There is no button to unsubscribe and support is not answering, tried to reach them whole week without success and just been charged again
VPN doesn't connect and customer service non existent
The VPN server worked just fine for the first few days of subscribing. In the last five days, the VPN server doesn't connect to the correct country selected. I have tried to contact customer service and have heard not a word back but they continue to charge me!?
absolutely no assistance
I have contacted you too many times and only had automated emails back. I’ve had problems setting up and absolutely NO ASSISTANCE I paid for a 3 year prescription and asked now several times for a REFUND! Again nothing only automated emails. I haven’t set it up and I haven’t received a refund, be aware when trying to get help because I have had no luck. I will not recommend and feel like I’ve been scammed!
Useless software - not fit for purpose to watch uk tv when abroad
You are misrepresenting what this software can do for profit. Just for clarification it cannot help you watch uk tv from Europe. Complete waste of money and no easy way of cancelling subscription within minutes of finding this out.
Scam!!
The support team are ignoring our emails about a refund. Signed up to the 7 day free trial and they charged us for a year subscription without our permission before the 7 days were up! Now they are ignoring emails and tweets !! Avoid!!!

Hi team it’s a good overall experience using the vpn.. would be good to add a kill switch…
Good but could improve
It’s a nice, user friendly VPN however I feel it could improve in some certain areas. 1. It doesn’t have a kill switch, which is a big concern especially for price, considering if the VPN decides to randomly deactivate it will expose your IP address. 2. Gets detected by a lot of anti VPN’s which I’m noticing a lot of cheaper VPN’s bypass. 3. Doesn’t really bypass Netflix and other streaming services Apart from those issues, would I say it’s good for money? Only if your looking for something simple, however if you could add the kill switch it would be great!
