You canceled my Christmas present orders upon inquired after 15 days on the estimated delivery date just because you don’t have a stock!! Seriously!! Are you kidding me? I feel stupid to take a time earlier and ordered in black Friday deals. Later called the customer service and the guy was terrible, was only repeating 2 same line all time even I asked him different questions when I asked him to transfer call to manager he said he is the manager and hung up the call. I don’t think HOLLISTER understands what customers service means!

Really bad service whenever i am calling to customer service about my they are just telling me your package came arriveing today. But there is no update on tracking. Very disappointed.

Totally pathetic experience with my recent order which I asked to send it earlier and then got an email saying it is out of stock. Wasted time for selecting items and then didn’t get those.

Hollister is my second favorite thing other to god and my little brother. Chat hollister actually feeds my hollister addiction cause that’s what hollister does. I wear hollister every weekday and weekend and Sunday
