My order has been cancelled without appropriate reason. Customer care is asking to reach resolution team via email. On the other hand resolution team asks to reach Customer care via telephone! You suck! Sheer incompetence to handle orders online! Simply can’t manage the order manually upon request by Customer. You are running an online store, not a finance company! Never seen someone cancel the order that too after fulfilling another order which was placed a day ago. Improve yourselves!
