Last night I had a burst pipe. The engineer arrived shortly after my telephone call to HomeServe. The pipe was quickly repaired. The engineer was efficient and very professional. The water was turned back on and all was back to normal.I am so grateful for this service which was available late at night …you never know when a pipe will burst! And thank you to Paul, a brilliant engineer.
Poor communication when service booked. Won't use again when this year is up
We have three separate Homeserve accounts: Boiler and Central heating, Electrical and Plumbing & Drainage. It is impossible to link the three accounts using the App. So we still have to call to book an appointment. This is a very poorly written app. Get your API service sorted out please ☹️

Avoid this company, they have the poorest service. They don’t even deserve a star.
It’s not good that you have to log out and then in again using a different policy number if you have more than one policy. Pointless having an app really if they don’t link. Might as well use the website-based site that links all the policies together. I can never remember my policy numbers when out and about so would just use Google Chrome on my phone to login to my account.
Had a toilet that kept running on , so made a claim online. It was so easy to do and they came out the sane day to fix it ! All I had to pay was my excess fee . Extremely impressed with the service. The engineer was very knowledgeable and friendly . Highly recommend!
I have plumbing and drainage , and electric policies. Only plumbing policy will appear on the app, used to be able to access Both, as i am unable to access electrics account ,l will stop direct debit if this is not resolved

Booked an Engineer to call between 1pm -6pm at 16.00 still waiting so went to make a coffee, I look into my back yard and see a card flying around in the wind, called and no answer (that wrong, he had my home and mobile number both of which were with me all day) no access to front ( road works at front so that’s right, but a call to home or mobile phone or even an email and he would’ve been directed to rear where the is parking and easy access to Kitchen) Rebooked for next day so going to play HomeServe Roulette for a 2nd day 😡
