The online version is absolutely amazing! But the app is terrible and can’t be compared. You guys always improve the browser version and make it better, please do the same with the app. It would be so nice to be able to switch between the two and take the project on the go and even show to clients. As of right now the app can’t be used professionally but I hope you’ll improve.
I love this application very much, but I haven't been able to unlock the paid version for a month. It's always written to buy a paid version, but it's paid, if you click on the pay button, it writes that it has already been paid. I've written in support many times, they don't answer me
While their website is great, the purpose of this app is unclear. I can’t open design created via web. Not even for viewing. It’s “design” mode seems to be limited to a corner of the room. Why would I want it? If those are limitations of free version - please clearly say so.
The save and load possibilities it’s basic of every app. And u have here bug. After saving if I want to open design again for edit, the design lose objects, and after opening u should to see sometime two-thirds of yours work. Second problem. I found this app yesterday, and fell in love. Today, I entered the app to find I had been kicked out of my account. No big deal, I knew I can just log in again. The problem appeared when I tried to log-in, using the same Gmail address I used before, but every time I selected or typed out the address, it would “throw” me back to the “Register or Log in” page. Without getting me into my HomeStyler user. I tried uninstalling the app and download again, didn’t work. Same problem. I also opened a new account in HomeStyler with another Gmail, but that one works just fine. Logged out, then logged back in without an issue. I searched my user tag inside the app, and yep, my old user still exists. I’d like to know what is the issue, if there is one. I’m not giving up on this app so easily!! Thank you! A new user.
I just love this app!!! Last update fixed many of the bugs I know... Thank you guys! I like the 3D rooms I can choose from and the remarkable Concealer tool!
Amazing ... Convinced my husband to install hardwood floors with it!
Great App! I use it all the time. Perfect for trying new styles and designs. Very easy to use and there are a lot of items to chose from.
