I have this app but my jobs are dispatched thru Towbook when a job is completed I close it out on this app and towbook then to get paid You must go on honk.com scroll to payment and click job completed you will receive a debit card I run the card thru square as far as not enough money per job that can be negotiated I did

This app never works…I have to email this company several times to be paid and call them as well…just awful and they don’t care

If you want the customer to be serviced as soon as possible why would you send the calls to every provider and not offer it to the person closest to them ? And if they turn it down then send it to everyone in the area . Why did you allow me to service three customers without insurance if it is a requirement ? And I got all of those calls it was 10 minutes on the 2nd one because my phone was In The other room and i got that call and the others . You’re telling me there were no providers in the area at all ? On a Saturday night at 8 pm that paid $64 for a jump start but now I can’t even click on the alert while looking at the app as it appears before it awarded somewhere else 10 times in a row ? I think it’s a scam to make u buy insurance

Notifications do not go off, if they do it’s for a call we have already been dispatched or a call that was canceled. We miss calls constantly because of this issue. When we do get calls it marks our eta wrong and won’t finish out a job, so I have to call in to the honk office and have them mark our status manually. It’s simple problems that cause big issues.

App is not updating location and it is hurting my score. I keep getting emails saying that I did not sent the assigned driver. I have photos and dash cam footage of every call. Your app is not updating location properly and it is hurting my business. Something needs to be done to fix this.

They dispatched the job too two drivers, I got there first did the whole job and Honk paid the other driver, they literally ripped me off for $149 plus my gas and tolls. All headaches and a scam, will literally never accept a honk call again, do not waste your time with this app. Great idea but executed very poorly, the company will quickly be out of business.

As a provider, I will no longer accept jobs from this company. They are a scam. I don’t even know where to start, but to keep it short, they won’t pay you for your work. Don’t waste your time or gas.

When you need help from them. They talk really really rude to you also they think you need them and they re your king. Very rude support never had someone nice and polite on their side. Hope they change those rude associates

The app requires you to have location services set to “always available” so they can track your location and see when you arrive to a job, but they fail to mark you as “on scene” when you get to a job. You can also only mark a job complete after “arriving on scene” so if they fail to mark you on scene and you perform the service you can’t mark it complete. Once complete you can call and let them know the service was complete, but you will be 5-20 minutes “late” on your ETA which will affect your provider score. The advantage of this app is they’re the newest motor club and technologically the most advanced, but all the old school clubs use towbook which blows honk out of the water on user interface. Yes you can connect honk to towbook however if they call to offer a job it will not be received on towbook, only through the honk app, resulting in issues. I hope honk will fix these issues, but reviews from years ago would suggest they will not. Great concept; horrendously executed.

Great app for service providers that like a little extra on the side. Doesn’t pay too much but if you are slow it’s better than nothing at all. Good job app creators. GPS tracked so if you go anywhere and are active, they will send you jobs in that area!
