Great app for service providers that like a little extra on the side. Doesn’t pay too much but if you are slow it’s better than nothing at all. Good job app creators. GPS tracked so if you go anywhere and are active, they will send you jobs in that area!

Honk is refusing to pay me through direct deposit. So they send you this VIRTUAL card that’s in their name. That I can not use since my name isn’t on the card. I’ve emailed them everyday to get no response about me not being able to use the money that I’m earning. I’ve tried to add the cars to my cash app, add it to my wallet, pay bills. All denied. Spoke with someone today he refused to our a supervisor on the phone then hung up in my face.

Save yourself the troops . Never pays correctly, I drove 38 miles and they tried to pay me $49 to change a tire on a Winnebago . I tried to cancel the job and explain to them what type of vehicle it was and they wouldn't even grant GOA. I drove 22 miles for $46 to change a tire on a Honda Civic , make that make sense. They don't care about vehicle type or the miles you have a drive. And ole boy , don't get a claim, they will believe the customer regardless. It's no investigating, customer can make up anything and they will believe them. I wish could screen shot all the dumb stuff I went through with this app. That honking! I had enough.

App is now using 75 percent of my battery. If it’s not one thing it’s the next. App matches the company (trash). I will try to delete and reinstall.

My company was dispatched to a jump start and after finishing they won’t pay because they say the customer canceled. Filed a theft of service through the sheriffs department.

Unbeknownst to me, my insurance company used honk for roadside assistance, and the company that they sent to tow my car was complete garbage. They weren’t insured, we’re not knowledgeable in towing and they destroyed the transmission of my car over a simple flat tire. Wouldn’t trust honk because they clearly don’t vet who they hire to come help you. Call a tow company yourself and pay for it, you’ll be better off.

Worst app to work with, this business is by all means is disgusting and destroying the towing industry. They pay providers lousy and charges the customer very much so. The support team is crap, you can’t even communicate with anybody Not even a phone number for providers. Towing companies you can do better without Honk.

It's all crashed, with almost no option to deal with the calls. No way to add photos or videos, no way to see the job price, no way to update services, change scopes, or add charges. Sometimes jobs simple don't appear on Honk if accepted on Towbook. When Honk cancel a call, towbook won't update the information. When a call is cancelled we don't have any way to check informations. Sometimes we are 1 minute from the customer and we have no way to talk to them. Even happens that the customer cancel after the job is done and we lost completely access to the job. It's far the worst app to work. Completely limited.

I have tried this on android and iOS, and the tracking never ever works for me. It always says driver not tracked. The notifications also never go off. I’ve tried high alert on and off and never get notified when potential jobs come up. But sometimes I’ll open the app and see several old pending ones that are there but never got notified for. Phone and app are up to date. Even tried reinstalling and logging in and out. I’m at the point where it’s not letting me do much business with honk because we can’t ever get notified. Now I only get the rare ones when they call my actual phone to ask for our help when they can’t get anybody else.

So what they do they charge the customer like 240 dollars and they only pay you like 45 $ this is insane. If you use this app your tow truck will brake down and you won’t have the money to fix it with these ridiculous rates Say no to honk it’s a legal scam
