G+ is missing

I have been using HootSuite for 10 days now and it has replaced all other clients I used to have. It's nothing less than the perfect dashboard to control and interact on most social networking platforms. It's a pity that there are only 4 supported networks and that it's mostly limited to messaging (would love to be able to manage LinkedIn groups from it). DrJobNET

Das Konzept gefällt mir, Optik ist auch gut. Durch Beständigkeit glänzt es allerdings nicht, in der Hinsicht dass es mir Fehler vorwirft dass ich mich nicht korrekt eingeloggt habe, obwohl ich immer angemeldet bin. Das stört nicht viel, aber trotzdem reicht's zum Punktabzug.

I used to use Hootsuite before I left Twitter then stopped because they didn’t support any of the reasonable alternatives (like Mastodon or BlueSky) just tried to log into my account and now they ONLY let you use the app IF YOU PAY?!? BOGUS!!

Really would love to use this platform but onboarding is a nightmare. I don’t have the create stories option in my dashboard and there is no way to get help or customer service. For the $$$$$$ price they really need to do better. There’s also a allegedly a grid planning app, but can’t get that to work either. What a disaster. I read good and bad reviews and now I totally understand the bad reviews because this is brutal and for for the price they should offer customer service and tutorials that actually function.

I would NOT recommend this app/ site. When they first launched they were amazing. You could have a free account with limited functions. But it was great. Now whoever is running the company doesn’t care about their customer base. My free account got switched to $180 a year. Okay fine. I just saw my Amex today. I got charged $1266 for the year!!! 7 times more in just 1 years time. They have no support. No one answering. Just stuck in a loop of FAQ pages online. I’m shocked and disappointed in the direction of this company. I logged into cancel. And it shows “we will miss you. But you can use your service for the next 12 months” since you already paid for it. And we have no intentions of refunding your money!! As a business owner who’s being hit with inflation and a lagging Economy. I just don’t have the funds to cover this. I’m really at a loss.

You have to PAY for the privilege of using the app and it’s not noted anywhere in the app description. Garbage.

They nearly doubled the price of my plan for some “new features” that I never noticed until support told me they existed after emailing to complain about the price increase. If I don’t notice your new tools despite using your platform every day, they probably don’t warrant a price increase. Off to Buffer I go.
