Do not recommend buying or using any of the products of that joke if the firm! Complete garbage and useless app that does not work!

Tregt oppsett, tydelig at det ligger en system-on-a-chip som kom ut for mange år siden her. Resultatet er at man må være litt heldig og veldig tålmodig for å sette den opp. Appen kan henge under valg av program og starte med feil valg hvis noe går galt i kommunikasjonen når den skal starte et program. Man må se på hva den velger etter å ha brukt appen. Vennligst fortsett utviklingen av appen, her har dere mye å hente på raskere grensesnitt og mer forståelige meldinger på maskinen for å være sikker på at den har startet med riktige valg. Jeg gir den to stjerner fordi jeg bare har trengt å resette appen og starte innmelding på nytt 3 ganger i løpet av 9 måneder. Den har tross alt fungert noe i mellomtiden.

This app crashes when attempting pairing and loses appliance even though it completes connection through easy configuration. With standard configuration it times out or says the ssid of my network is too short. This app is more or less equivalent to the appliance which seems you can only use some of the functions without the app.... why develop a washing machine that requires a smartphone app to work all the way? Then top it off with an app that doesn’t function?

Da dette er ett stort problem og det er å koble den til nettet samt å koble den til appen etter mange forsøk så for jeg opp spesielt når den valgte å forandre seg til ett språk jeg aldeles ikke forstår!!

Ni ganger forsøkte jeg å koble tørketrommelen til nett. Det er ikke mulig å gå et trinn tilbake, jeg måtte begynne på nytt hver gang. På det tiende forsøket kom jeg så langt at maskinen koblet seg til mitt WiFi, men det ble ikke registrert i appen. Nå kan jeg ikke koble meg på maskinens nettverk. Siden jeg ikke finner noen forklaring på hvordan dette resettes, er det umulig å gjøre et nytt forsøk

Bare hopper ut og hjem igjen når man prøver å starte ett program fra appen..

Bought this washer dryer specifically for the wifi feature. Never been able to connect. Decided to give it another go. Message popped up that my machine is no longer supported by this app so I won’t be able to use the features. Can I get refunded for my wasted money then Hotpoint ??

I recently bought a hoover washing machine and thought I should try the wifi option. When I searched it up I saw such low reviews and thought it must be a joke as they were all saying it’s horrendous with some referring to the creators as blind. This was far exaggerated this app is so easy to navigate it could be a bit better but as can all things such as the selection however this made me want to write a review to try and better its name as it truly does not deserve such bad ratings .

The only way to wash and dry was on the app and now they are just removing support!!

If I could give zero stars I would - that reflects the functionality. NONE. It seems that you are no longer able to connect machines to the app - allegedly due to changes in legislation. So change your internet provider and that is the end of your wifi enabled white goods. What is more the response from Hoover is that the machine still works “manually” so they have no responsibility. Two years old and part of the reason for selecting their product has gone! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH HOOVER. I urge anyone reading this, with a similar experience to write a review. We need to stop large companies from charging premium prices for features they do not then support for the life of the product.
