I’ve heard numerous complaints from my young riders that their driver was speeding, one even saw a beer bottle upfront with their driver, another one was rude, they don’t care. They never gave me a second chance. The appeal process is a joke. If you sign up with Hop Skip be mindful that your child may be put in danger.

Unhappy driver for this program. Lack of communication. Provided incorrect addresses to pick up minors then get blamed for being late. Hop skip drive calls and texts you and if u answer you get ridiculed for it and a bad review for using your phone during a drive. This program works backwards

I don’t like the speeding policy, we better know how to drive safe. And the trip fares, are 70% decreased compare to 2022-23 , they are still trying to hire more drivers, to bring the drivers fare 80-90% down. Don’t sign up, you will be disappoint.
