We started using in Sept 2024 and it has solved a lot of issues managing our properties. Messaging consolidation, pricing standardization (with Pricelabs as addon), and cross-channel calendar visualization are among the top benefits. Definitely worth it!

Hostfully guidebooks are industry leader. It allows Hosts to upsell to current guests to maximize revenues. I highly recommended.

App keeps lagging, logging me off and I have to exit the app to refresh pretty often because content does not load or it is stuck. It is really frustrating to use. Currently, it is just not loading anything for me at all. Whenever i open the app, all i see are the three dots…

The app loads super super slowly. Half the time I have to close out of it completely because it won’t load at all. It is also not sending me new notifications from clients. I get notified on airbnb and Vrbo then I go check Hostfully and yep, there is a new message. I really need the app to work better as I am constantly out and about rather than sitting in front of my computer.

I’ve been so disappointed with Hostfully’s app. It has been getting slower and slower every day and I’m sick of seeing the “blue dots of death” as the screen loads and loads and loads. There are so many features missing from the app too that are only available on the desktop version, which makes looking things up on-site difficult.
