剛從日本回港想查一下獎償分、結果機器人轉來轉去淨係叫我訂房、😡😡😡😡😡

我在選擇酒店時 你哋網頁顯示咗一個日期 後來我改為我的日期後 然後選擇酒店 唔知點解你嘅網頁日期自動跳回之前你顯示嘅日期 我就要揀來揀去 另外作為一個旅客選擇咗一間酒店，最希望就係知道有什麼途徑去到酒店？例如JR、地鐵，希望每次能夠自動告訴客人唔需要我哋發問

The app keeps switching the language from english to Chinese ! Although i set English and Hong Kong as my location / messages and and mails change to english/ spoken many time to a customer service about this but no result. Most annoying when traveling and you need support you can’t reach anyone by phone the chatbot is useless as well. From all booking apps i use this one is the worst , the loyalty program changes as well kind of messed up my account.

為什麼貨幣不能自由選擇喜愛的貨幣

呢個app之前幾好用，後來變咗Expedia group之後，已經訂咗嘅行程搵唔返，智能對話只能講一次嘢，又搵唔到客服聯絡，體驗極差
