Long loading time, reward missing, no sync with calendar
Fraudsters
Impossible to reach over phone When you will collect more than few free stays they will delete your account. Had been using them for 2 years and one day simply could not access my account. Have been told that I myself deactivated my account and it is irreversible. Also been told to create new account with new email. Why on earth would I delete my account if I had 10 free stays in my rewards? Phone service is terrible. Do not waste your time as if will have problems with bookings you will get no support. Read reviews on google before using their services and think twice as these people, whoever they are, only care how to rip money off you.

Sad not to receive any help when you cant check in to hotel where you made reservation!!!

I booked hotel in Greece island Rhodes. 7 nights $ 2500. Hotel was closed due to covid. So I booked another hotel for my stay. But hotels.com did not refund me my money, they only keep telling that the hotel itself is giving me a voucher. Thats a lie. I been to the hotel myself and talked with the manager, they confirmed me that they did not receive any money and did not issue me any voucher. They even provided me with the manager contacts so I could give it to Hotels.com staff to conect the hotel and confirm there is no voucher. So hotels.com/expedia stole my $ 2500 and issue me some voucher for one particular hotel in Rhodes thats valid for 12 months. To be honest I am not going back to that place in near future, and the hotel is still closed until now. So basicaly there is not even an option to use this voucher. I do not recomend to use this app as this company is not fair for its customers.
