Unhelpful customer service and app not working properly
It used to work perfectly, but now my Rewards page is messed up, I’m missing stamps and customer service is unhelpful. It’s disappointing because it was my go-to app for booking hotels. Sad.
App gets worse with every update
Somehow this company has managed to make a once fully functioning app worse by every update. Some things don’t work at all and it’s overall sluggish and unresponsive.

Support doesn't work
Hotels.com ignores my request for more than two weeks. It's impossible to contact them over any means. It's just one big fraud.

I have booked many nights in hotels, in to rewards I see only cheap hotels, expensive hotels hotels.com don’t show me! I want to call them but fiend phone number or email is not possible! Crazy!!! I am silver customer but for them it is not important!
