App refused to work and customer service didn't respond
So, I'll start by saying that I love this app's playlist transfer feature. It's probably the best I've used. I especially love the syncing feature. Both are not perfect tho, but they get the job [at least mostly] done. And so, I didn't really mind paying the monthly subscription fee for the service I was using. That's the only reason I'm not giving this review 1 star. However, my problem started there. Not even two weeks into my subscription and suddenly the app refuses to respond anymore. Try as I could, I couldn't log in and customer service was nowhere to be found. The troubleshooting instructions on the manual didn’t work send emails to their customer support, but I never got any responses. So that's how over half of my subscription went to waste because of crappy service. I wasn't going to pay for another month with that issue unresolved or uncompensated.
