I bought Houdini many years ago, before it was a subscription service. I paid for it and have not used for some time. Recently I needed to transfer my playlists from one serivce to another and I noticed there is a subscription now. I found out on your page that in case I provide print screen from App Store that I bought it before, I can be given lifetime subscription, which is something I paid for in 2018. So I sent email to your support address, I attached print screen from App Store and… nothing happened. After several days, I followed up with the email and once again few days after. So far after the email I sent on 15th February 2022, there is no answer (it is March 7th 2022 today). I really was not expecting such bad support for the nice product. I must say the best product will NOT defend in case of bad support. Really sad to see it.

Gave this garbage app my money just for them to scam me and not transfer all my songs, I would rate this 0 stars if it was possible

This was such a waste. I paid for the subscription and now I don't see songs under my playlist from Spotify to transfer as it shows zero songs in my playlist. I wish I could post some screenshots but I'm unable to do it here. Not recommend

When there a playlist with more than around 150 songs it just says there is no songs in it.

The songs from my playlist on YouTube music aren’t showing up, it’s saying 0 songs but there’s over 90 songs, what can I do to fix this ? I wanna transfer from YouTube music to Apple Music. How can I contact someone to cancel my subscription, I’ve tried for a few days and it just isn’t working. I want to cancel my subscription.

Such a scam. Bought this for $5 or so years ago and redownloaded today. They wanted me to pay $1 for a subscription, and when I tried to click “Restore Purchase” the button did not work at all. This is a scam and it is sad. Good riddance.

This app is terrible, it can only move playlists with less than 100 songs, and even then it misses some, replaces them with others, or just adds completely random songs. it may only be $1 a month for the subscription (which obviously you cancel after the first month), but it’s not worth it, just spend a little bit more on a better app
