Easy to access to my e-card and check my benefits. All in one

Been using the app for more than 2 years now. Made a claim for my surgery back in 2022 and it was hassle free. Claims handlers’ response were swift and their instructions were clear. Definitely a recommendable app for sure! 👍🏼

This app is user friendly and there isn’t a need to search for e-medical card. Upon logging in, e-medical card is show right away without the need to click on another icon for retrieval. With the availability of entitlement table, i can easily track my balance limits and there isn’t a need to ask around. No fancy colors , big icons - definitely has the mind for the older generations!

User friendly app

Currently using this app to use my company’s employee benefits. App is easy to use. Tele-consultation is also within the same app which makes it very convenient.

IT or support teams is practically useless in addressing the APP issues.

It’s so convenient to see my benefits at a glance on the app. I could also choose the panel clinics or do the teleconsult on the app itself. I could also see my remaining benefits, which is auto calculated after I have claimed. This makes it so easy for me as I just need to go on this one app, instead of multiple platforms.

Unable to receive OTP, the team is not able to solve it. Can’t visit clinic cause unable to show virtual card. The team took so long to response. Bad app, suggest to improve the IT team.

app doesn’t allow me to login even though i went via the web to update my password. i just wanted to check the panel clinics, but the website is even more useless with errors at every page. someone tell me what’s the point of this insurance coverage again?
