App does work. Try to add a printer and it freezes. Can’t seem to add a printer anywhere else. Don’t buy the instant ink it is a con! Generally disgusted with HP and will never buy from them again.

Brought at Christmas can’t get the print big enough won’t recognise my email password or phone . Looks like I will be taking it back

What’s the point of an app that's meant to be a customer assistant if it just redirects you to an external website that doesn’t even work? Don’t download this app, don’t even use HP printers

I bought an HP envy from Curry’s two years ago, it worked ok for first year then started to play up loosing wi Fi signal , not connecting and so on, tried all the advice from various bodies still doesn’t work. Lost the receipt , Curry’s have no record of my purchase, giving up on it waste of £79 quid , never again will I buy an HP anything. It’s now going to the dump. Since bought a Cannon Pixma, works perfectly so far and much cheaper. Shame about all the land fill.

The all is absolutely useless. You’d think, given how big HP are, that they’d spend some of their billions on making a user-friendly app but they’ve put in the bare minimum effort for even poorer results. I deleted the app after 10 minutes.

Despite all the bad reviews I was desperate & I downloaded the app. I was hoping that they would have got their act together after receiving so many awful reviews. No such luck. Avoid this app as all it will do is waste your time, as of April 24th 2023

Don’t bother. After clucking “add a device” the screen goes grey and the app hangs

Hopeless and useless. All I want to know is how to change paper sizes on my printer. Doesn’t even recognise my printer correctly from the serial number. You’d think from the history of bad reviews that HP would have put things right and mad a helpful support app. They haven’t. I’m going to delete it .
