Why can I not see transactions past 6 weeks ago? Is this normal ? If it is it
Is a joke! Much smaller banks have far far better on line banking. Why is this? Very very poor website and thus service.

Too simple
I can no longer wire transfer over seas unlike the previous app. Or is this feature hidden? Also, when the <app support> prompts you to an email outside the app the address does not populate.

I like the app, how’d you guys need to add a feature that allows us to do a one time transfer to other accounts or banks. Overall, pleased with the service.

BEWARE - Can Only Install App on One Device
This app can only be installed now only one device so don’t lose that device, especially if traveling. Instead of allowing the app to be installed on more than one device like in other jurisdictions, this Bermuda specific version forces you to pick just one.

So far so good. Question actually. Can I set up a new HSBC transfer to new payee on the App? I looked other day but I didn’t know how and it seemed not possible. Thank you.
Easy to Use & Very Convenient
The HSBC App is very easy to use and is very convenient. I use the app when on the go and when at home.
