Very easy to navigate, pay bills and transfer money between accounts. Converting money to Sterling or dollar accounts so very simple. Compared exchange rates with money exchanges in City Mall, to my surprise, HSBC gave better rates. One recommendation when payment is made the app does not show pending transactions - this feature should be added.
It requires a lot of improvement, very limited functions and fund transfer options. Cannot compete with other market available banking Apps

The application should show the account balance after each transaction or at least to show the balance at each day. Currently it only show the final balance in the account.
The app is so limited, as if it was developed back in 2010. As a customer, I find no difference between the desktop and mobile apps. The desktop app used to be good with many features —now you have two equally terrible and buggy apps to choose from. It seems that they both were “updated” with the preconception that HSBC QA clients don’t deserve to have a good full-featured app.
Why is this app so basic, with little or no functions
I can go to log in page, after logging in, I get the ‘service not available’ error message every time. Please fix it.
