I got a connection error every time I tried to create an account or buy tickets. I had no VPN blocking access. The workaround was making a new account using their website, and then introducing the new account into the app.

Ei toimi hyvin ainakaan Helsingin ulkopuolella. Esim. Jos pyydät reittiä seuraavaksi päiväksi ei toimi, sanoo sina että on joku palvelu ongelma. Ja muutenkin kun kyseisen lippujen hintoja tapahtuu usein.

They don’t accept debit or credit cards. So, it’s not clear why this calls mobile application since you are not able to pay the only common way of payment.

I paid twice for a ticket, but never got it!!!

It used to work fine, now I have downgraded because I cannot pay with credit cards (I get a message saying it cannot access the info), tried to remove and add again cards, did not work. Unfortunate, considering they do not accept cash anymore.

Congratulations to the developer Team for this fully revamped new version! Finally it allows more than one credit card, I was waiting for this. The customizable news feed is also useful given this app is the natural and intuitive place to look for service disruptions, temporary diversions, and incidents. No more wandering around Twitter and FB for news on strikes while freezing at -20C and your bus doesn’t show up. This could be the seed of a bigger city explorer interface, perhaps even a gamified one? :) OpenMaps based interface for journey planning is a nice touch. I heard that the city is making a big effort to make all its “smart city big data” fully open, I guess this is a positive collateral (like the MaaS API, cool stuff!). I will keep relaying primarily on Google Maps (not too good in 2013, but nowadays unbeatable), but I’ll keep an eye on this city planner: I’d rather prefer to use this than not-so-open “don’t be evil” corporate gear. In the wishlist for future updates: syncing with my plastic card. I know. Old fashioned. But how I can I get the bus driver blessing if my phone runs out of battery? ;) This app is the successor of “HSL Mobilippu” meaning you will end up with two HSL apps in your device: the old one you can delete, and this new issued by the official organization handling the public transport in Helsinki-Espoo region.

Buggy App - charged twice, ticket doesn't show up under 'your tickets' only one ticket while having to go under settings purchase history, but still charged twice on bank card. The your tickets doesn't even show anything and has been buggy for months. Devices tested: iphone 13 and iphone 16 pro max

Hi. I love using the app. Is it possible to allow combining multiple payment methods at checkout? It would really help my situation of using company benefit + my own card. Thanks.

Muuten on toiminut ok, mutta Epassin lisääminen maksutavaksi ei onnistu. HSL siirtää käyttäjän oikein Epassi sovellukseen ja siellä kun antaa hyväksynnän, Epassi sanoo että se on ok ja käyttäjä siirretään takaisin HSL sovellukseen. HSL sovellus kuitenkin antaa virheilmoituksen ettei epassin lisääminen onnistunut.
