I lost, interest to your service and rude costumer service I support your service from the start then this is what I get disappointment, why you keep calling asking why I send 10k or 20k every month, and send all the details of the person to whom I send, why for what you are calling ? Are your out of you mind? Your limit is 35k then why your calling? nonsense your service don’t msg me again useless people nonsense. Now you lost costumer? I will not recommend this app again never, ever. Before free to send now with fees And low rate, you deserve half start management is not incompetent to this service.

I started using this app in its early days of release it was great fast secure and free at that time later they even gave me 1 year of free founders member subscription so i can use it 3 times a month for free all this is great. But for the past few months every time i am making a deposit it takes hours almost half a day and i have to report it every time to support team that i have made a deposit and same goes when i am transferring money from UAE to India i don't know what happened to there service and why always it take so much time sometime i am in a hurry and have commitments but due to there bad service i have to suffer. I think this would be my last time using this application and going to get an alternative solution for money transfers.

They are imposing a charge of AED 11 for every 500 top-up and an additional AED 10.50 as a transfer fee. Despite being a long-time user of their app, there is a glaring lack of communication to clients regarding the three banking days required for processing transactions exceeding PHP 50,000. Upon noticing that the transferred funds were not reflecting in my account, I requested a refund. However, their response was disheartening, stating that it would take an exasperating 7 days for the refund. The apparent disregard for the urgency and needs of their users, who depend on timely remittances, is evident. It seems counterproductive to have customer service when their only directive during calls is to ask clients to wait, leaving us in the dark about the progress or resolution of our concerns.

Sent the money on Oct 7, until now not received. It’s more than 24 hours! So disappointing!

I made my first transfer yesterday and it was great. Monday arrived in 5 hrs in my home country in Europe on good rate. Would be good to implement an option to transfer money to friends.

At first I was hesitant to try the app, but then I tried it anyway because I’ll never know if the app itself is working fine or not if I’ll not give it a chance. I transferred an amount to my mobile wallet in Philippines and I thought it will take few minutes just like how it is normally processed using the other mobile app. However, to my surprise, it was already there in my mobile wallet when I checked it after receiving the SMS notification from Hubpay few minutes after doing the transaction. 💕

Good app with good ex rates but it takes a long time to top up and one thing i noticed that when i top up to hubpay from my kobile i always ge a notification that i have logged into my bank account portal from some oneplus 5T mobile which i never used and whenever i make topup i have seen this unusual things,this will discourage the customers to use your platform please resolve this and update with quick top up

It’s been more than two weeks that app is taking too much time for emirates id verification and i am unablo to do any transaction. Very bad experience

I would like to inform all of you please don’t install or create any kind of transaction through this app because as per the market rates they are keeping highest margin for INR PKR BDT and all other countries please don’t waste your time and money stay away from this platform.
