Humm

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. I don’t get how people has been using this while there are much better options, Afterpay one of them and probably one of my favourites. This Humm app is just a rip off, they charge you interest and on top of that a month fee as well, they send poor notifications so you miss the payments so they can charge to the late fee, the chat is poor. Definitely i wouldn’t recommend or use ever again.

I’ve tried to signup and it failed but when I asked customer service to help they just said you are not qualified and we can’t say why! I have a high credit score but the registration failed at first step and they did not even tell me why so I might be able to fix it, they acted like I was not qualified to join and it felt rude. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused.very poor customer support.

Easy and fast . Good app

The app always logs me out after I haven’t been in it for a while and then asks me to reset my pin each time. A frustrating and pointless user experience.

Add a drivers license and it doesn’t let you make an account. Garbage app

Have been a great customer and treated dreadfully by Humm. I do not recommend.
