Love using this very affordable

It’s still a good option but in my honest opinion since becoming Humm I have been very disappointed in the way my account has been treated and the ever declining number of retailers on board who have also agreed that the new platform is not as good as the old one . I have always had a limit of around $5k .. I have a 14 year immaculate standing with my account. Yet my limits have declined substantially. I should NOT have to continually prove myself and justify my credit when I have such a very long standing and extremely well conducted account AND had an existing limit of $4500 … Where’s the customer service!!!! NOT HAPPY!!

Pretty good app at first. They let you use their service on how much limit you got approved…easy peasy! Used the service for awhile about couple of years and even had an Apple Pay card for it. It was pretty simple actually just like Afterpay but Humm gives you the flexibility of paying purchases back in 10 instalment in every fortnight or faster in weekly instalment. Also gives you an every fortnightly payment in 5 instalments on store purchases and you can even pay Bpay bills too. But now, it changed…used to have limit of $1500 now they completely changed the way it works. It’s just now becoming a money lending hub with no Apple Pay card and you can’t even use on anything online, store purchases or even paying Bpay bills…nothing! They’ve gone into just lending money, so at the end I simply log out and closed my account with Humm! Sorry!

Every time I log in I go through 2fa. The app then makes me choose a new pin and set up Face ID. Next time I try to log in I have the same issue.

Log in wanting mobile number when the auto sign in defaults to email. I chose use Face ID but doesn’t seem to save

Didn’t allow me to register/ make my account they denied my request which I find very strange as I meet all the criteria that is mentioned to be able to creat an account. I’m very disappointed.

Can’t buy anything anymore unless if it’s thousands of dollars.

You took away little things now it’s so much harder to Humm stuff

Can’t have an account for my bank history over 2 years ago went to try again today and doesn’t even let me in lost a good customer use zip pay instead people
