Unfortunately the application doesn’t respond well and the updates are always delayed.

I have 2 of the 2 zone and 2 of the 1 zone devices and they are all over the place. I’ve set the times on the single timers but when I go to change the time and hit save it just goes back to the time I originally set. On the 2 zone timers it’s all waked out. They don’t even turn on unless we do it manually. The front one I just tried to set on a cycle timer, but when I tried that on the back one it doesn’t even allow me to set it. I click on the cycle and the page is blank. But most importantly they don’t even turn on and I’m tired of messing with it.

Unfortunately, this app no longer works as it once did. Now, it's useless to schedule daily watering cycles for flowerbeds or other garden areas. I'm highly disappointed in the software support for resolving this from a company specializing in irrigation. I am now looking at different brands for all my irrigation needs.

Got one season- neither auto or manual works-only the push button

This app used to work better but now it does not give me accurate information. Everytime I try to use it I get different last water times and my scheduled zones don’t ever seem to run per the schedule. This app is great when it works but it rarely works. This cause me a lot of headaches since I have a large property and can’t constantly be going out and around to see if things are being watered on time. I’m afraid of loosing plants and trees on a regular basis.

The app went from bad to unusable. Previously the UI was from 15 years ago but now… What is going on with the white screens? Please hire a high school student to create something that actually works.

Only white blank screen shows at the moment!

The app was always slow but since update (few months ago) the app almost never works and gives white blank screen. Work around is to turn airplane mode and turn bluetooth on then launch the app
