Hushmail

So many glitches and often will not load emails. Pointless to have an app for email if you can’t even open the emails. I have to delete and re-download the app several times a week to get it to download emails.

Notifications have now stopped working. For a professional service this app is embarrassing. Please, hire new devs to fix this app—it has been chronically bugged for several years now.

It’s sad. The company pricing went up and I gained more storage, yet I’m experiencing the same problems. Star was added to the emails yet the app has no update and that was I’d guess 4-6 months ago?? I’ve also had send-receive issues and have considered Protonmail.

If I use a Google login and password when accessing hushmail on the web, why will the app not accept those login credentials???

I enjoyed using this app on the go to readily respond to clients and co workers. I have not had any difficulties with the app and can use it online and on my iPhone.

Can’t use because as soon as I open it the app crashes.

Love Hushmail, but the app is totally unreliable. I have to delete and replace it, and even then it’s dysfunctional: has trouble connecting with server, won’t send replies to emails, doesn’t update accurately (I have to use laptop to make sure I’m actually up to date with no inbox emails missing). It’s reliably unreliable. Bummer, because Hushmail is great on my laptop and they have a good support staff. Would love to have it on my phone, but am giving up on that option.

Second time in two weeks the app crashed. It froze and I could not access the emails until I removed and reinstalled. Fix this.

This app is completely broken. This is how I access Hushmail so I don’t expect I’ll be renewing next time. We pay you guys for email, and the app should NEVER not work.

Until a couple days ago, I really had no issues with the app. I’m going to need to uninstall and reinstall it due to crashing any time I try to reply to an email as well as other times. Very frustrating.
