Connection issues
This game is crashing my internet. Most times I open this on the iphone 11 pro max the whole internet across the home slows to a stop. Then this wifi icon blinks to say I have bad internet but that’s a lie. Has I force close the app or reinstall it, suddenly the internet is good for awhile then is issue starts again. No sure this game or any releases by this developer is worth playing anymore
Updates Worsen Game Experience
This was a good game in the past but their most recent update has made it less fun and more work once you belong to a clan. They have implemented a timer in neighborhoods that make the playing experience a living nightmare. My clan leader has gone on hiatus as the new update to clan territory that should bring less stress actually increases it. TENFOLD! Looking for a way to relax play it without a clan, you may enjoy it but miss out on the team play experience.
Usless/unwanted/unnecessary prizes
I took off a star why you ask? Well it is because I realized for the latest update the spin where you spend 100 hard earned snowflakes I don’t get anything good like any of the actually beneficial items. I understand that Mabel this can’t be fixed but more than likely adding fewer unnecessary prizes would help the chances of us the players getting better stuff. Also it keeps giving me money, wood and mana that I have no space for because it is full RELAX -upset customer

Addictive, Costly, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
This game is very addictive to play and if you want to win you must spend money. Not only must you spend money, but a lot of it. Playing the game a lot no longer is acceptable to earn what you pay for. Have to continue to spend. If you like wasting a lot of money this game is for you! A lot of time commitment. The game use to be more relaxed, have an event once a month on average. Now you don’t go a day with an event happening or two. Every event you must spend money to stay competitive.
