What rubbish this is, had it connected to two phones i13and i15 half of the lighting features suddenly disappeared, have now been trying reconnect for-the last 10 days. Your uk dealer Erwin Hymer Travel World are next to a waste of space never return a call for help, you can’t communicate with anyone that’s supposed to know anything. Hymer your a joke of a company.

A great start, love the functionality and ease of use. The battery levels are a little tricky as the levels don’t seem to reflect the actual battery level but I’m hoping someone from Hymer can come back to me to resolve this. The interface and UX is very good though and much better than most others. Keep going. :)

Works on iPad but refuses to accept iPhone 13

The new Hymer touch screen control panel is great, but it seems to conflict with Hymer Connect app. If you pair and use the app, after a few hours to a few days the main panel crashes and needs to be re-booted. This has been reported to Hymer and the dealer on several occasions, who keep loading new software to no avail, which in effect makes the app useless and worthless. In addition since iOS 17 and having changed phones, I can’t even use the app as it crashes every time I try to re-pair the new phone. What a pity, but the app as a result is just useless. What poor software.

This system is completely flawed, every time we pitch up we have to unplug the ECU and uninstall the app from our devices. Even then it takes several attempts to get the system working. It also has a habit of switching things off on its own, we have had the fridge, boiler and lights malfunction. Absolute rubbish, do some development Hymer!!

Hymer, Great at building motorhomes bad at building software. The app is okay when it works but it need regular deleting and re installing to make even partially useful. I admire what they are trying to do but the execution is terribly flawed.

There is no way to set up a password, as the link they send you only links to the iPhone app, instead of a password page. By the time you get that far, it has your email address, so you can't use that anymore in the app, as it says you're already registered, but you're not, because you have no password, and no way of getting one. UTTER CRAP. Doesn't pass basic QA control.

Hatte mit meinem alten IPhone schon mal einen Zugang. Durch Wechsel auf IPhone 15 Zugang verloren und Registrierung nicht mehr möglich. Telefonischer Support unerreichbar!!! Von wegen modern und Smart…

Das System an sich ist eine tolle Idee. Es funktioniert nur nicht. Die Nachrüstung ist nicht wirklich gut. Es funktioniert meistens nicht richtig. Ständig nach dem Update keine Verbindung. Befehle sehr verzögert. Nach abstellen und abklemmen des Landstrom blinkt die Klimaanlage Rot. Macht man die über die App an und aus, ist das Licht aus. Es werden wohl Signale gesendet, was eigentlich nicht sein darf. Auch der Kühlschrank geht von alleine an. Laut Hymer liegt es an Dometic, laut Dometic liegt es an dem System von Hymer, welches Signale sendet. Es soll seitens Dometic wohl eine geänderte Version der Kühlschrank Platine geben, nur für Hymer. Der Kunde bekommt diese aber nicht kostenlos, da es laut Dometic nicht am Kühlschrank liegt. Mein System funktioniert nicht einwandfrei und ich werde es dann wohl abklemmen müssen. Immer Angst zu haben, das der Kühlschrank in der Halle angeht, ist mir zu riskant. Eigentlich ist es zu teuer zum abklemmen, aber seit einem Jahr bekommt es Hymer bei mir nicht in den Griff. Jetzt ist schweigen im Walde. Man lässt den Kunden einfach mit den Problemen alleine. Schade.
