I have had trouble sleeping for YEARS and stumbled upon this app one night desperatley looking for something to help me sleep. The initial one I purchased didn’t help that night, but their customer service was excellent and they allowed me to get a refund and buy a different one - worked perfectly! They have an excellent tool that allows you to figure out what program you really need and find the one that may help you most. For the first time in over 20 years, I am sleeping soundly a full 8 hours regularly. I can’t speak positively enough about an app that literally changed my life for the better. I have also found another audio that has helped me greatly with being patient with others. Best money I have ever spent!

The hypnosis audios have gotten me thru some rough patches, sleepless nights and to overcome challenging habits. I am very glad I found it and would highly recommend it!

The selections of topics and areas that you can listen to are amazing and if you are unsure of what you want, you could always message them and they will come back with some amazing options. Really enjoy the program.

For 17 years I suffered from severe hot flashes. They were extremely uncomfortable, embarrassing, & debilitating. I was afraid to visit friends for fear I would sweat on their upholstery. I used Uncommon Knowledge’s hypnotherapy for hot flashes and I feel like a new woman. I still get hot flashes occasionally but my body shuts them down as soon as they begin. They don’t bother me anymore. Since then I have purchased other sessions. The price is so reasonable for the benefits I’m getting.

I can’t get to sleep without this now. I have been able to completely change my sleep patterns with this app. It is absolutely excellent and Roger Elliot’s beautiful Scottish accent is so lovely to drift off to sleep with. Highly recommend this to anyone who has trouble getting to sleep.

Audios are excellent and effective. The app itself is just ok because the way it organizes content is a bit convoluted specially if you have various audios.
