Honestly IBAKA needs to do better. Every time I need to use this app I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Otherwise there is no sound. This is bad, the other movie Apps related to Nollywood movies are not like this. So many complains and nothing is been done.

They post 1 movie a month the movies they have are movies IROKOtv has and has posted months ahead of them. They are more expensive than IROKOtv. They don’t even you before charging your account to activate a new subscription neither do they send a confirmation of payment email or subscription renewal email. They have a no refundable policy. If you are a cheerful giver you can go ahead and gift them money… customer service is -1 star… I regret ever subscribing to their services…

These people will keep charging your card. Even when evidence is clear, they will lie. You will end up having to cancel your card. Day light robbery.

Poor communication and doesn’t work in iOS anymore . They won’t tell you but your card will still be charged .

They should work on their app fr, my card have be declined and the customer service? Trash

Horrible platform and their customer service team is useless. I reported an issue of not being able to stream outside the app and nothing was ever done. No follow up and poor service. I will not renew my subscription with IBAKATV. Horrible

The person that made this app is most likely in elementary school. The app glitches a lot and never works. Can’t even stream on the tv from your phone. Save yourself the stress and download iroko. I have both and I have to say the difference is massive.

The app is never working properly for more than 5 minutes. And the only advice I’ve gotten is to delete and redownload it.

Unfortunately, my experience with this movie streaming app has been less than ideal. Every time I try to play a movie, the app shuts down on me, leaving me frustrated and unable to enjoy my favorite films. It's incredibly disappointing to have paid for a service that doesn't function properly, and I hope that the developers can address this issue soon. Until then, I can't recommend this app to anyone who wants a reliable and enjoyable streaming experience.

All these bad reviews but they still can’t figure out how to fix the issues raised by users. So I ignored all the bad reviews and got a subscription for a month just to try : a terrible mistake, they have a good selection of movies but you can’t play any of them. Reported to Apple.
