Can’t even begin to use the app by logging in because of the broken account creation / verification process

Outdated UI/UX and VERY complex but complicated app. The broker is ok though, world renowned, but excepting the fees. Every trade costs ~3 EUR for Europeans while for US citizens the fees are 0. All in all.. No thanks!

The service is ok. The 1 star review is for the iOS app. A simple task such as depositing more funds should not be so challenging to complete using the app. I have done this operation twice and both times I simply gave up and opened the website in safari in order to finalize the flow. The whole app resets and I lose all the progress I make in the internal webview - I guess the whole experience is worsened by the fact that even though I only want to deposit funds, once that webview opens up, I am given random tasks to do (the last time it asked for a trusted contact, for example). I am lucky I use keychain to fill my passwords because I usually have to do it 7-8 times when I interact with the app once a month. Compare that to xtb or revolut and the mobile experience is night and day. The onboarding itself was no different. Super hard to finish, it felt like I had to earn my account.

The app is very complicated to nagivate through. The UX is terrible and it doesn’t help the user in any way. I would have felt shamed if I’m InteractiveBrokers and I offer such a ridiculous app. Why don’t you invest more in this app?

Absolutely a horror to work woth. Constantly disconnects and when you log back in, instead of taking you to the screen you were on it takes you back to the home screen, losing all progress you made.

I can't verify my account because every time when i go to complete account verification i get disconnected.. this app should be much more simple and easy to use .

Can you make the graphs work.. The only platform where the graphs work, from time to time, is the desktop.. In rest web or mobile it's impossible to make a transaction.

Its easier to buy a house or build a rocket than opening a ibkr account. I am done trying, for about a year i kept trying with the mobile apo you get stuck in an endless loop of generating the key and actually using it. The most backwards app i have ever seen

Sometimes the profit loss not work. Sometimes the colums reset on their own. Also would be nice to see stocks loggos as well

There are a lot of aspects that could be improved, but we have to be realistic. They support a ton of stuff inside this tiny mobile screen app.
