Honestly, use Stake. If you want to see something that’s like a 2025 product built on 1998 software this is it. Use stake and their UI/UX then move to IB and you’re wondering what the heck is happening. Features are there, but the UX is -100/10 poor. They dont listen to feedback either so dont bother. Been asking them to revamp their UI for ages and nothing.

I can see the app uses a lot of webviews. Please improve the single sign on to make the web view working properly. It asks me to login again within the app most of the time, which is annoying when it happens within a mobile app.

Super bad app Can’t get my money back, they ask me for documents and I send them my documents and get rejected Then why u ask me for my documents, and u must say that u not actually takes Ukraine documents I hope someone will see my message and understand and help

This all is so broken, so out of design with terrible user experience. With all the money they’ve making, it’s so embarrassing they don’t improve it

This is the third trading app I’ve used… the first 2 were very simple and easy, no hassles at all. So I confidently signed up with IKBR and logged in to trade thinking I would just buy some stock… well I’ve had 3 attempts now on 3 different days… this time I gave it 45min because I had more time, but no, I still haven’t made any stock purchase because I cannot make sense of the app! It keeps asking me which account I am buying from but there is no provision to enter an account and besides, I only have 1 account. Looks like I need to go to YouTube to watch video tutorials to make a simple buy transaction. Bizarre.

Reading all these Reviews from 4years ago and to have the same issues today, doesn’t seem like anybody is listening any reason why this hasn’t been fixed, it happened to me yesterday and today where it just shuts off and you need t re open program, i thought maybe it was me making an error, till I read these reviews and realised its an ongoing issue.

Good app with loads of info and functionality but the login process is tedious and the it logs you out every single time you leave the app!

The instant log out is so annoying! 1. I switch apps to check figures in a spreadsheet and 1 second later I have to log back in! So annoying. 2. It would also be helpful if I could be simultaneously logged in on iPad whilst on TWS. The IBKR desktop often quits at random times and I miss trades having to go through a long log in process. 3. The log in credentials should be allowed to save in keychain. I do not want to retype them every single time.

This is so much better than my last brokerage account. Service is great everything works on time, it’s efficient 5/5.

IBKR mobile platform is user friendly. I have been using it over 3 years now and never got an issue with any types of transactions.
