Find your own way of breathing time and holding first. You are always able to change it in the setting of the app before your start your breathing exercise. — Badrae

Thanks to how no-nonsense this app is, I directly got started on the breathing exercises and just after a couple of days, I can feel the benefits, so thank you!
Perfect breath work app
Best breathwork app I’ve used. very simple, with a few of the well-known breath techniques, and the ability to customize. Definitely worth the buy.

nice and flexible app. the only pity is that the haptic feedback for inhalation is exactly the same as that for exhalation, so if you don't use pauses it is of no use.
Waaaay too many ads
Every time I click on something I got an ad. I wanted to see if the app was a good fit, but removed it out of frustration. You want to make money? Don’t overdo it. Trying out the free version gives my anxiety instead of peace of mind. Thanks but no thanks.
