The app is absolute garbage No matter waiting time

the app freezes and waiting time keeps stopping.Have to keep press it to stay on. Really slow for card payments to be shown to say successful.Keeps getting worse every update

When u log in next day all the previous day messages shows up on screen and block ur screen then you have to press ok on each message . Fix this issue

Changing the zones page is a step back, terrible to view, available cars and jobs standing are in minuscule text taking my concentration away from driving, plenty of room to make them easier to see. The old page was much clearer. The green shade banner representing the zone you are in is also hard to see.

It is ok but I don’t understand why doesn’t have the 24 hours format for pre bookings ,with the12 hours am and pm can be tricky

Maps need improvements, if i get to a roundabout, passenger is on the left the maps will take to the right. Almost every job the maps are wrong.

The UI change for the zone page is borderline disgraceful how it was approved. Please change it back

Taxi apps are 10 a penny so the app has its good and bad points but on the whole it’s no better worse than others. A couple of things could be tweeted however. The “zones” function for example. The options within are either to view A-Z or by number of cars plotted. Surely it makes more sense to show zones by distance from the user? Also the google map function is good as far as it goes. For by picking some really strange routes it seems (on occasion) to try to guide round the back of the address. Not helpful. And more importantly since it’s very function is for cabs then why doesn’t it allow for bus and taxi gates and lanes. The directions are often way off because of this. I appreciate that google does not seem to offer a taxi user option. That being the case then why not use Waze for example which does give routes including bus lanes.
