iCabbi Driver App

The app is decent overall, but there is an issue with the Google navigation toggle in settings. After turning it off, it reverts back to on every time the app is rebooted, requiring manual intervention to turn it off again. This is quite annoying and needs to be addressed.

This app consistently beeps at you requiring user input to mute. as much as that is a hindrance when driving, it is worse than by the fact that it causes your music to pause so you have to manually start that again after every beep or notification.

App makers seem to completely ignore customer feedback. Why call inner city main roads by their alpha numeric designation, everyone knows them by the street name, most unhelpful. The navigation section of the app frequently takes me massively longer longer routes for addresses I don’t know, totally embarrassing when the customer has to correct you. Wait function doesn’t self cancel when you start driving. Sometimes glitches when trying to end the job and app needs restarted. No option of using other nav systems such as Waze. App thinks you’re a car and not a taxi, steers you around bus gates rather than through them. Takes far too long to bring up the bids list when finished a job. If you can choose a company to work for, pick the one that doesn’t use icabby

Even after multiple updates supposedly addressing the issue, the app still doesn’t give audio alerts unless it’s actually open live on the screen. Also cuts off any Bluetooth audio when you do have it open and receive an alert. Just a joke.

Sound alerts don’t work properly more than 3 weeks now. Latest update today made it worse. What a rubbish service!

Clearly this company is only interested in profit and don’t consider the Drivers operating there app or there safety. Any Chance someone at icabbi could respond to these issues !!!!. This problem seems to be when your charging the phone no notification sound for job offers or messages. Intermittent sound loss, No notification sound when receiving a job offer.

Very bad working app not recommend

It is clear that developers are not interested in the feedback. The issues point out so far, have been ignored persistently.

When connected to car play absolutely deafening , when not connected , often come through silent , therefore miss jobs !

I'm sorry to leave a bad review but this app doesn't like iOS system at all !
