"Using the Money to India ICICI Bank application has been an incredibly frustrating experience for me. Not only did it take much longer than the estimated time of delivery for my transaction to go through, but the application itself is riddled with UI bugs that make it a pain to navigate. What's even more disappointing is the lack of an express option, which would have at least offered a faster alternative. To make matters worse, the customer support provided by this application is abysmal. They seem indifferent to the issues users face and offer little to no help in resolving them. Overall, my experience with the Money to India ICICI Bank application has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the best rates in the market

If there’s a way to give a negative star rating this app would qualify for a -100 rating. The app bombs in the middle of a transaction. The interface is so bad that I got thrown out of the app twice going threw it to make a transaction.

The Money2India service is great. The app is not. It just looks like a wrapper to the website. And even that is not done properly, at least on an iPhone. The keyboard comes up at wrong time. There is no easy way to click the 3line menu button on top right corner. The app also requires login after say an hour of inactivity.

They withdrew the money and went silent. I had to call multiple times to ask what’s happening. The phone lines are not getting connected.

Pathetic, unresponsive and slow. I was kicked out of the app! Seriously this how we need to deal with our money and banking. It’s time to get a new CIO. Feeling frustrated about ICICI lately.

Got alot of ads to sign-up money2india app.. whats the point.. sign-up or login is a hassle .. app is not responsive.. there is no zero star here to rate this app.. whoever build this app should download to their mobile and see how bad it is.. worst app!

Right in first use, it makes decision easier to uninstall. Too many issues in app, can’t believe this in 2023 from a big bank
