ICO – Smart pool/spa partner

I purchased this unit three years ago and it connected it worked fine for a year. It is a three-year warranty. They replaced the unit and its battery was bad. They replaced that unit and the Bluetooth unit won’t connect to the app. They refuse to honor the remaining warranty

Got an ICO SPA for christmas. Downloaded the app and worked fine for one day. Now when i go to open the APP it says it needs an update and opens some random request to download a seperate app called WIS. When i go into Apple updates it says my ICO Smart Pool Spa Partner app is up to date but i cant use it because it. Just a complete endless loop of try to open, request to update, cant update, start over. The customer service from Ondilo has been useless so far. Seemd like it had potential but this app is HORRIBLE

It asks for a software update and pressing all the right buttons but it’s just not happening. What are the steps to update the software? I’m connected to Wi-Fi. I press update software. It thinks but that’s all it does. Nothing after that. This product does not work well for me.

It’s so simple to know how much to add to my water to make it look great. It makes the chemicals I use easy. I no longer worry.
