ICO – Smart pool/spa partner

I haven’t been able to take a reading for two days. I’ve updated the app.. tells me it’s loading the update and also tells me that it’s updating the app(make up your mind!). The graphs are showing everything up to Friday but nothing since. Any “new” readings are still from 2 days ago. Going to look for another reader on the market. This is the second one, as the first had battery issues.

I am new to this app so didn’t see the previous version. The whole premise of the device is that it removes stress in knowing what to do to your hot tub or spa to keep water levels balanced and safe. However, this app does rather let the side down. The interface is straight forward enough but I really want to see how my PH and Chlorine levels are changing over time. Unfortunately the buttons that let you see this trended over the week or month don’t work so I can only see the current day. This would be an easy fix and make a big difference. Please update!

Please revert back to the previous UI and start again. This new one feels old, un-intuitive and not solving for the real problems users face. It’s a visual polish that makes things harder to use. Previous UI was not amazing but it was functional and could have been a good foundation to build on. Look at the simplicity of UI if competitors. Clear data, subtle visuals with less useless clutter please. Your physical product deserves a better app!

Le service est trop souvent inaccessible depuis 1-2 mois. Au prix du produit, c’est franchement pas acceptable !

Aujourd’hui mes identifiants ne sont plus reconnus et impossible de créer un nouveau compte. Quelle déception de plus pouvoir utiliser Ico qui me donnait entière satisfaction.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, impossible de me connecter sur l’application… même mon adresse mail n’existe pas alors que je suis client depuis 2 ans … sinon bon outil pour la piscine

Impossible de se connecter. Alors que je suis connecté en permanence ce midi l’application affiche un nouvel écran demandant de se reconnecter. L’application ne reconnaît plus ni mon mot de passe, ni mon adresse e-mail utilisée comme identifiant . Il est devenu impossible de se connecter

Une application très pratique qui va avec le capteur ICO. Les informations sont claires, les conseils, avisés et utiles. Dans l’application sur la partie notification, il serait intéressant d’avoir un OK plutôt qu’un FAIT sur les messages d’information (température d’eau basse, le traitement perd en efficacité…) Il serait intéressant lorsqu’on rachète une sonde qu’il y ait la petite clé qui va avec pour les dévisser.

Depuis une récente mise à jour il m’est impossible de créer le compte via l’application et donc d’utiliser l’appareil. Ça fonctionnait très bien auparavant…

Impossible de se connecter en Bluetooth depuis la mise à jour de l’application mobile. Avez vous une solution ?
