Simple app with an easy UI

I had some issues setting up an account but the support team quickly responded and fixed the problem. I can now access the app. All the features in the app are user-friendly with great functionality. I can now participate in the upcoming eAGM. It is a valuable time-saving tool especially in this pandemic. I would recommend this app to anyone who owns an apartment. Great app!

One of the worst on-boarding experiences I have gone through. If you are going to require I have documents in a specific format to upload, tell me that up front. And then don’t kick me out of the app when I am gathering them. I can imagine that the user experience in the app itself - need to wait a couple of days to see - won’t be any better!

Our Singaporean copy writers are so hardworking... they love all these news MEANINGLESS buzz words: eco-systems, tantalizing, indulging... it’s just a simple app, wake up. Eco-system, can I change my wardrobe? Phone covers? AirPlay 2 compatible yet?  Apple Pay?

Chat push notifications are not timely, tend to not appear, even after NUMEROUS UPDATES, contrary to my experience with Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram. Me and a few neighbours have missed out on important direct message updates! Our condo management fees are going towards subscriptions for this app, why can’t you fix the chat notifications for iOS?!?

Very lag. It should could not load

The intercom function has been giving me nightmares lately. If the phone is locked, it doesn’t ring when I receive a call through the intercom. After answering the call by tapping on the push notification, there’s no unlock button. To fix this, I have to open the iCondo app. Unfortunately, doing all this usually leads to miss the intercom call, which results in missing deliveries to my apartment. Phone: iPhone 16 Pro Max OS: iOS 18.1
