Unusable for trading
The new platform introduced in Nov. 2024 renders it almost impossible for any trader to access the relevant information and to trade the desired securities. Not only is the entire history of all transactions wiped out (isn’t that the bare minimum requirement when transitioning to a new platform?), but the iPad and iPhone apps are not even capable of displaying basic charts with legible time axis. Many CFDs and Futures (esp. on raw materials) are not accessible anymore, alerts do not exist anymore, etc. I will grant them 3 months to fix this failed introduction of a new platform and then move to an alternative bank — look at the major Swiss competitors and how they manage to provide a sound trading app.
