One month, 4 times identification, I'd validated, never received final sms
A real nightmare. First identification, I have been said by the agent it was successful, though I never received the final sms with the link. I re purchased , retried so many times without even reaching an agent. Today I finally talked to an agent, after all verifications, they cut the connections, 3 times in a raw just when I needed to type my code sent by sms. I tried a 4th time, it went through all the process, the agent told me I would receive an sms to finalize…and here I am again. In between, I contacted by email the help center multiple times…I called the hotline, we wait for 20 minutes, once an agent take the call, it cuts the communication. A real nightmare. Does the app has a solution to make it work? I absolutely need that id verification, I can’t travel, I had a heavy back surgery and am not allowed to travel…
