Very patient, great

Had to go through it twice as it was important to have clear background and no reflection first time round. First person had very strong accent which for me a Native speaker was hard to understand. Second one was without problems.

This app is the worst thing I have ever downloaded. It’s completely unusable. It continuously crashes and kicks you out of the process. Why DB use this garbage instead of PostIdent I do not know.

Ok I have safari then downloaded the app received email with pass and you have the Surname box then password box ! Doesn't work at all need massive improvement and look after this with a microscope Hope using my precious time which cost a lot to send write a feedback will be a benefit for your company but now had to email the company who pay for your useless service . Achtung: furchtbares, unverschämtes Unternehmen. Kein Mitarbeiter gibt seinen Namen bekannt, inzwischen nach Recherche bekannte Schwierigkeiten bei Eintragung von primär – und Back-up E-Mail-Adresse gefunden. Es interessiert die Mitarbeiter überhaupt nicht, dass die Bestätigungsmail mit den Tannummern beim Kunden nicht ankam, bei Information über selbiges wurde die Verbindung seitens des Unternehmens Einfach beendet. Beim Konkurrenzprodukt der Deutschen Post ist mir A so eine Menge an Inkompetenz, B. So eine Menge an Unfreundlichkeit und C so eine dermaßen schlechte technische Umsetzung (Kamera Steuerung) noch nicht begegnet. Der Text wurde diktiert
