Whoever made this app and OCR should be put in jail. It is absolutely useless piece of junk, no matter how many times you use different documents it simply does not work. Absolute disgrace where public money is spent. Needing piece of document has never been this hard, now it is even harder when you have a small baby and need to call useless customer service and god knows what. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Die Selfiefunktion funktioniert nicht mit einem iPhone 16 pro. Die App verlangt einen so geringen Abstand zum Gesicht dass das Bild immer unscharf ist.
Erkennt keine Ausweise sehr zurückgeblieben System noch
Anders als im Titel bereits geschrieben, lässt sich das Vorgehen nicht beschreiben. Ich habe meinen Vertrag dann am Ende bei einem anderen Unternehmen ohne IDnow abgeschlossen.
Alle Anforderungen habe ich erfüllt, und es hat auch wie geplant funktioniert. Am Ende musste ich jedoch alles von vorne beginnen.

Nach der Installation wird eine Id-Nummer verlangt, die man nicht hat, ist wohl ein Witz!
