This app does not word with the South African is card. I have to eventually use my passport to get past the of scan step

If i could give it a lower rating I would. Scans ID docs perfectly. Then asks to take a selfie. Did everything asked did not smile, as per instruction. Looked into the camera,as per instruction. I have the latest iPhone. Even tried putting it on a selfie stick to improve stability still it will not take its selfie. I ensured the room was well lit, room has a large sky light. What I am trying to say is I tried everything to do as per instruction and still this app will not take a selfie so the verdict is useless. Does not function as intended. Look at the reviews. The only country this app may work is Germany rest of the world goof luck

I’m struggling for months to verify my details and no response to my emails . For South Africans limited options to verify only passports are excepted but it in the app it gives id and drivers options as well . While verifying the app also takes forever to take pictures so 2minutes for the whole process as stated is far fetched ...also when verification is unsuccessful no reason is given in email ...
